• Use a specific, and clear subject line that grabs the recruiter's attention. (বিষয় স্পষ্ট রাখুন , এতে যে আপনাকে কাজে রাখবে তার মনোযোগ আকর্ষণ করবে .)

  Example of a good subject line: (ভালো বিষয়ের উদাহরণ :) i) Application for the HR Manager post | HR generalist with 4 years of experience

  ii) Job application (Job code: 1234) | Software Developer with 2 years of experience on Java

  iii) Resume for the post of a content writer (Referred by: Sumit Verma)

  Don't(s): Avoid vague subject lines - subject lines that are not clear will not grab the recruiter's attention. (যদি বিষয় স্পষ্ট না হয় তাহলে যে আপনাকে কাজে রাখবে তার মনোযোগ আকর্ষিত না হতেও পারে .)
